We'd love to see you at our next Respite Night, coming up on October 13th from 6-9pm at Sunset Bible Church (7909 40th St. W. Tacoma, WA 98466). Please fill out the form below to register all your children/ participants . Then expect to hear back from our Family Coordinator who will connect with you to discuss how we can best serve your family. By signing below, as parent or guardian of the registered child/children, I do hereby give permission for (participant/s) to attend the Respite Night event at Sunset Bible Church in University Place, WA on October 13, 2023. I understand the permission to include emergency medical treatment in case I/we cannot be reached in a medical emergency.
